After Holiday Grief Workshop

Maybe you held it together during the holidays, but now in the middle of a dark winter, you realize just how much grief you’re feeling. What do you do with it?

Join us Sunday, January 30, 2022, at St. Barnabas Lutheran Church (8901 Cary-Algonquin Road in Cary) to learn more about coping with and processing grief. The presentation will be from 4-5pm with an optional light dinner and a time for questions and answers from 5-5:30pm. All are welcome to this no-cost event which will be held both in person and on Zoom
