Barnie Waters High School Youth Group

Barnie Waters is the combined high school youth group of St. Barnabas and Living Waters Lutheran Churches, a partnership that gives us access to more resources and more fun!

Each month kids from both Living Waters in Crystal Lake and St. Barnabas in Cary meet for service activities, fellowship, and fun. We usually meet on Sunday afternoons or evenings. Meeting locations alternate from Living Waters to St. Barnabas, along with meeting around the area for events like playing pickleball, serving at Feed My Starving Children, or at a local food pantry.

Every summer we go on a mission trip where we learn more about issues such as food insecurity and poverty. We hold 2 annual fundraisers, Jazz Night and the Chili Cookoff, to keep costs affordable for everyone.

All high school students are welcome to join us as often as they can, and we always are happy to have you bring a friend.
