VBS 2025 is Coming! It all happens July 28-Aug 1, from 8:30am-11:30am. Help us spread God’s Love to the children of the community. Leader positions are positions that are open to adults (18+) only. Helper positions can be filled by anyone who is going into 5th grade or older. If you have any questions, please contact me at [email protected]
Here’s a description of each role:
Science Station Leader
The Science Station uses Science and experiments to reaffirm the lesson of the day.
The Science Station Leader will run the Science Station using the materials and plan
provided.
Science Station Helper
Assist Science Station Leader. Assist the kids.
Music/Dance Station Leader
The Music Dance Leader uses music and dance to reinforce the message of the day.
They will teach the kids the songs and movements (provided) for the song of the day, as
Well as lead a song during open and closing.
Music/Dance Assistant
Assist Music/Dance Leaders in teaching daily songs and assisting with kids at the
station.
Games Station Leader
Games leader reinforces the daily message through games and activities (provided).
Game Assistant
Assist Games Leader during games and activities.
Movie Station Leader
Reinforce the message of the day by showing a video and leading a discussion.
May have to use filler activities. All materials provided.
Movie Assistant
Assist Movie Leader during discussion or activities.
Art/Service Station Leader
Reinforce the daily message by leading a craft/art/service project. All materials and
instructions provided.
Art/Service Assistant
Assist Art/Service Leader with kids during art/craft/service projects.
Crew Leader
Crew leaders are responsible for leading their crew (typical 8 kids of different age
groups) through the Stations of the day. All information/schedule is provided.
Crew Assistant
Assist Crew leaders with kids as they go through the stations of the day.
VBS Setup/TakeDown
Assist with setup and takedown of VBS as directed
Decoration Team
Should we be inside, we will need to decorate the rooms and make it ready before VBS.
